ALL OFFICIALS OF UNIVERSAL RESERVE ORGANISATION SHALL BE ISSUED WITH IDENTITY CARDS PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 7 ON PRIVILEDGES AND IMMUNITIES OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS OFFICIALS
IDENTITY CARDS OF OFFICIALS OF URO
THE PRESIDENT OF UNIVERSAL RESERVE ORGANISATION Requests all authorities of Member states to allow the bearer to pass freely under exempt status from immigration control, and to afford such assistance and protection as may be neccessary and recognise URO Identity cards as a residence permit and visa for foreigners.
This identity card is to be recognised only with a valid national passport of the holder.
The identity cards are only valid for official purposes to facilitate the carrying out of official missions and duties.
The identity cards are recognised as residence permits and travel documents for the bearer.

First Side
The first side of the Identity card shows details of the card holder.
The details must match the details on the national passport of the bearer.

The picture on the card must be the same as the person infront of the official and bearer.

The second side shows the status and rights of the card holder
The identity card is a
1.Residence card -in the country of the mission as long as the bearer must remain in the country on official duties.
2.Travel document-the card enables the holder to travel on exempt from immigration control status and visa exempt status from country to country on official duties.
The identity card is only valid with the passport of the holder.with matching data.

The first IDENTITY CERTIFICATE is issued to the founding President
Dorothy Kasyi.
All authorities give assistance to the bearer to facilitate official mission work.
The identity card is only valid together with an official national passport.
OFFICIALS OF MEMBERS
ALL OFFICIALS OF MEMBER STATES OF STATES APPOINTED TO UNIVERSAL RESERVE ORGANISATION WILL BE ISSUED WITH URO IDENTITY CERTIFICATES:
The IDENTITY CARDS issued are valid with the national passports of the holder and only for official mission work for URO.
OFFICIALS OF URO
ALL OFFICIALS EMPLOYED DIRECTLY BY URO-UNIVERSAL RESERVE ORGANISATION - will be issued with URO certificates of identity.
