Several branches of URO are registered as independent offices with branches in various locations, the main unit under which all these registrations fall under is located at Frankfurt am Main  under German law with its registered office in Frankfurt. It is entered in the commercial register of the district court in Frankfurt and is licensed by the treaty which creates Universal reserve Organisation  with legal authority  and Supervisory Authority to provide  services under the mandate of this treaty.
